AMD today introduced the Radeon RX 7600 for just $270, and now multiple reviews of the new product have appeared on the Web.

The RX 7600 is indeed much faster than its predecessor. Of course, the result depends on the specific game or on the set of games if we are talking about reviews, but in general in Full HD we are talking about 25%, and at 1440p the difference is even a little higher. At the same time, the card is almost 20% cheaper than the RX 6600 at launch.

If we compare the novelty with other cards, then it is slightly faster than the RX 6650 XT, and the RX 6700 XT is ahead by about 15%. The latest RTX 4060 Ti outperforms the AMD card by 25%, but it is 1.5 times more expensive. The direct competitor for the RX 7600 will be the RTX 4060, but the latter will be more expensive and not the fact that it is faster, and it will only be released in July.

In general, among modern cards that are still actively sold, the RX 7600 is the most profitable in terms of price-performance ratio, and in general from the entire list, and not just in its segment.

As a result, it turns out that even among the greatly cheaper Radeon RX 6000 models, the new product looks decent. The problem is that the RX 6650 XT offers pretty much the same thing and costs about the same, and has been around for a long time.

Then there’s the RX 6700 XT, which is noticeably faster, has 1.5 times more memory, and costs around $330 even now. Against this background, the Radeon RX 7600 does not look like something new. However, we can hope that, as in the case of the RX 7900, the RX 7600 will become significantly cheaper in the coming months.

Galax has unveiled the GeForce RTX 4090 Hydro graphics card, which is probably the most compact of all RTX 4090s on the market.

As you can see, the adapter itself is really quite small, which was achieved through the use of a liquid cooling system.

The length of the 3D card itself is only 216 mm, and in the case the novelty occupies only two expansion slots. Of course, there is also a 400mm radiator with a pump, but it is mounted elsewhere anyway.

The new GPU frequency is 2580 MHz, which is not a record for the RTX 4090. The memory is not overclocked and runs at 21 GHz. For some reason, Galax does not say anything about the power subsystem.

BOE unveiled the world’s first 110-inch 16K display at Display Week 2023. More precisely, the resolution of the panel is 15,360 x 8640 pixels, which corresponds to 132 megapixels.

This resolution is 16 times greater than 4K or 64 times greater than Full HD. It is also reported that the frame rate of the panel is 60 Hz, and from the rest it is known about the brightness of 400 cd / m2, contrast ratio of 1200: 1 and 99 percent coverage of the DCI-P3 color space.

So far, there is no data on the release of any device with such a screen, and it is not clear how necessary this is. At least in the consumer segment, 8K TVs are just beginning to appear, and the question of appropriate content on the Web is also still open.
