The Double 11 Sale kicked off earlier this week, peaking on November 11th. During the sale, many stores have lowered prices for electronics, home appliances and other devices. One by one, the big manufacturers brag about their achievements.

Xiaomi has officially announced that in the first 5 days of the sale, the total amount of all payments exceeded $ 1.56 billion. According to the Jingdong store sales ranking, Xiaomi phones are currently the best-selling phones. Laptops and TVs are also selling very well.

Lu Weibong, who serves as President of Xiaomi Group China and CEO of Redmi, commented on the achievement, adding that the company will still focus heavily on its retail network. The 10,000th Xiaomi store was recently opened. According to Lu Weibing, the company will open 30,000 stores within 2-3 years to cover even small townships in China.

He also confirmed for the first time that Xiaomi plans to sell cars in-house in its Xiaomi Mi Home branded stores. To do this, the company will have to significantly change the approach to its stores and start building large premises that can accommodate cars.

The source found three laptops on the PC21.fr site with 12th generation Intel Core processors (Alder Lake). In the configuration of one of them, the mobile video card GeForce RTX 3070 Ti is indicated. This Acer Nitro AN515-58 gaming laptop is built with a 14-core Intel Core i7-12700H processor and 8GB of DDR4-3200 memory. The display with a resolution of 2560 x 1440 pixels supports refresh rates up to 165 Hz.

In addition, the website of the French store confirms plans to release Acer Nitro 5 laptops (AN517-55 and AN515-58) powered by Core i5-12500H processor with mobile RTX 3050 Ti graphics card. In fact, this is the first time any retailer has mentioned such a GPU. Both laptops are expected to cost less than € 1,300 (inclusive of VAT), which is unfortunately higher than the starting price of € 999 for the latest generation of RTX 3060 gaming laptops.

Specifications for the RTX 3070 Ti are still unknown. The card is expected to have a stripped-down GA104 GPU with fewer cores than the RTX 3080 (6144) and more than the RTX 3070 (5120). The GDDR6 memory will be 8 GB and the bus width will be 256 bits.

As for the Core i5-12500H processor, it is rumored to have 12 cores and can execute 16 threads, which implies 4 high-performance cores and 8 energy-efficient cores. Clock rates are not yet known.

The release of these new products is expected in January, after CES 2022.
