XFX Unveils Radeon RX 6900 XT Speedster MERC 319

On Friday, XFX unveiled a custom Radeon RX 6900 XT graphics card with three fans – Speedster MERC 319. The graphics card is based on the latest flagship AMD Navi 21 XTX GPU with 5120 stream processors. Fully custom designed, this premium model will be the fastest in the company’s RDNA2 lineup.
In terms of specifications, the RX-69XTACUD9 has a base reference clock of 1925 MHz, a gaming clock of 2105 MHz, and an overclocking frequency reaching 2340 MHz. The latter figure is slightly lower than the RX 6800 XT Speedster MERC 319, which clocks up to 2360 MHz.
The renders show that the back panel of the card is not solid and has a lot of ventilation holes. A third fan drives air through an open radiator.
Equipped with a USB Type-C connector and two 8-pin power connectors, the graphics card will require a minimum 850W PSU. It is currently the only premium RX6900 XT without three 8-pin power connectors.
