Against the backdrop of the COVID-19 pandemic and the total transition of people to remote work and training, as you know, sales of PCs and tablets have grown strongly.

Including increased sales of Chromebooks, which are actively used in the educational segment in many countries. According to IDC, in the first quarter of this year alone, 13 million Chromebooks were sold in the world, which is 4.6 times more than sales a year ago.

Moreover, HP, which is the leader in this market, even increased shipments by 634%. The top five also included Lenovo, Acer, Dell and Samsung, which increased sales by 356%, 151%, 327% and 496%, respectively.

As for tablets, sales rose 55.2% to 39.9 million units. Here the leader is still Apple, which sold 12.7 million tablets and increased sales by 64.3%. Also on the list of the largest players are Samsung, Lenovo, Amazon and Huawei (excluding Honor).
