What the highly acclaimed game The Last of Us: Part II, enhanced for PlayStation 5, might look like. Simulation shows the difference
With the release of PlayStation 5, PS4 game developers have a new opportunity – to improve old projects for the new console, taking into account its higher performance and new technologies.
The Last of Us: Part II, which has won the most Game of the Year awards in history, is currently available on PS5 simply in backward compatibility mode, albeit with support for the new DualSense controller technologies. It is not yet clear if Naughty Dog will release an improved version, but it is already possible to take a look at what it might look like.
The authors of the ElAnalistaDeBits channel, using the Gigapixel AI technology, have improved the picture of The Last of Us: Part II, at the same time increasing the resolution and frame rate. As a result, according to the authors, something like this may look like an improved version of one of the best, according to many gaming publications, games of 2020.
The increased detail and clarity of objects is clearly visible, starting with the grass and ending with the fabric of Ellie’s backpack. It remains to wait for the release of such a game and compare the simulation with reality.

Why GTA VI with such success of GTA V? The game has sold over 165 million copies.

Against the backdrop of active mergers and acquisitions in the gaming market, the corresponding question was asked by Take Two Interactive, which is primarily known as the owner of Rockstar and, accordingly, the GTA franchise.
Judging by the answer, now the company is not considering the possibility of selling itself to anyone.
We are a public company and we are here for the shareholders. However, our track record of creating value as an independent business is amazing, especially if we exclude the last three months. We think there are many great times ahead for us and we enjoy being an independent company.
One of the main reasons Take Two Interactive is unlikely to want to sell its assets to anyone is the success of GTA V. The company said that it sold another 5 million copies of the game in the last quarter, so now the total circulation is an incredible 165 million copies.
Speaking about the finances of Take Two Interactive, we can note the report on the results of the 2022 financial year, which ended on March 31 for the company. Revenue was $3.5 billion, up 4%. Net profit decreased from 589 to 418 million dollars.

Finally, the PlayStation 5 can be made in color. Removable panels in Nova Pink, Starlight Blue and Galactic Purple available in June

Sony will soon expand its range of color panels for the PlayStation 5 console.
The new variants are already available for pre-order, but will go on sale in June. The colors are called Nova Pink, Starlight Blue and Galactic Purple. Regardless of the color, the panels cost $55 per set. Here it is worth clarifying that these colors will be new in terms of sales, and Sony introduced them back in December, along with two more colors that went on sale back in January.
Today, we’re excited to introduce the newest colors to the PS5 family of color accessories: Nova Pink, Starlight Blue, and Galactic Purple. In addition to previously released DualSense wireless controllers in Cosmic Red and Midnight Black, the latest galaxy-inspired colors will soon be available worldwide.
These new console panels are beautiful and easy to use – just remove the original white panels from the PS5 console and put the new ones back in place. PS5 panels will be available for both PS5 ODD and PS5 Digital Edition and will be sold separately from the DualSense console and controller
