Valve has started taking orders for Steam Deck in Japan, South Korea, Hong Kong and Taiwan
Valve Corporation has begun accepting orders for the Steam Deck gaming system from gamers from Japan, South Korea, Hong Kong and Taiwan. At the same time, the manufacturer notes that those who ordered the console earlier will receive it on time.
In phase one, Steam Deck was available in the US, Canada, UK, and select European countries starting February 25th. In Asian countries, the console is sold with the help of Komodo. In terms of pricing, the console is priced at 800 yen in Japan, NT$13,380 in Taiwan, NT$3,288 in Hong Kong, and 589,000 won in South Korea.
In addition, the company will show the work of the console at BitSummit and Tokyo Game Show, which should draw attention to it. It is also noted that buyers from the Asian region will receive an updated version of the Steam Deck.
