Kuo says that Apple considers such screens as additional ones. For example, it can be a small secondary screen on a foldable iPhone or a screen on an iPad case.

E Ink screens only consume energy to change the image, so they are great for such tasks. We have already seen smartphones with such screens, so there is nothing new for the market.

When such devices can enter the market is not yet clear, but Apple may not release the first foldable smartphones until 2025, according to the same analyst.

A Chinese insider, known on the local social network Weibo under the nickname Digital Chat Station, has published the characteristics of a promising low-cost Oppo tablet. The device, according to the informant, will be in the niche of “one thousand yuan”, that is, the price will be approximately $150.

For such a cost, the device will be well equipped: the tablet will receive a 10.36-inch IPS screen with a resolution of 2K, a Qualcomm Snapdragon 680 single-chip system, a 7100 mAh battery with support for 18 W fast charging, four speakers and Dolby Atmos support. Release dates, even tentative, are not called.

Rumors that Apple will introduce a new generation of iPad Pro tablets this year have been around for a long time, and now conceptual renders have appeared that are made taking into account information from rumors.

Thin screen bezels are a big plus for the promising iPad Pro, but to save the Face ID system, you will have to move to a bang. Moreover, both its location and the logo on the rear panel indicate that the tablet will be used much more time in a horizontal orientation than in a vertical one.

The premiere of the new iPad Pro is expected in the fall, probably in September. By that time, the current iPad Pro will be 16 months old, so Apple is unlikely to delay the release of a new generation.
