As of this Monday (10), whoever requests deliveries through the Uber Flash It’s from Flash Motorcycle will need to inform a verification code at the time you receive the order. The goal is to bring more security to users of the service, according to the transport app.
With the new tool, the platform will inform the user, when requesting the services of the Uber Flash modality, the need to provide a four-digit PIN code at the end of delivery. This combination will be generated after the requester enters his and the recipient’s name and phone number in the application.
Then, the PIN will be sent to the cell phone of whoever is going to receive the item, as soon as the order is collected by the driver partner, according to the company. During delivery, the recipient must inform the delivery person to receive the package and complete the service.

In Uber Flash, it is possible to send medium or small items, weighing up to 20 kg, such as packages, gifts, personal items and documents, while Flash Moto is intended for the transport of small products, up to 10 kg. In both cases, the transported object must have a maximum value of R$ 500.
More security tools
In addition to pin code on delivery, the Flash modality and Uber’s motorcycle trips have other security features for drivers, senders and recipients, such as the chat tool. Through it, it is possible to have access to travel information and the route map in real time, in addition to providing guidance to the delivery person, minimizing physical contact.
According to the transport app, all partner drivers go through a criminal background check before using the platform. There is also a periodic identity check via selfie and an additional investigation into the use of a mask since the beginning of the pandemic.
iPhone 14 Pro Max running out of RAM? New Apple lost to the flagship Samsung due to the fact that two applications were unloaded from memory
The iPhone 14 Pro Max is finally brought head to head against Samsung’s flagship to see who’s faster. In this case, Galaxy Z Fold4 acted on behalf of the Korean giant.
The comparison was carried out by the authors of the PhoneBuff channel, who use a robotic arm, thus getting rid of the human factor.
The first lap was head-to-head, but at the end Fold4 lagged behind a bit. On the second lap, the Apple flagship was in the lead for a long time, but in the end it turned out that the iPhone unloaded Microsoft Excel and Word from memory, it had to load them again, and the Samsung flagship was ahead.
As a result, it was Fold4 that won, but the difference was as small as on the first lap, so in general the winner here can only be called conditionally.
It’s cooler than Apple and Microsoft: Intel introduced the Unison program for synchronizing messages and photos between iPhone, Android and PC
Intel has announced a new program called Unison that will allow you to connect iOS and Android smartphones to PCs with Intel processors. This will make it possible to actually transfer all the main functions of smartphones to a PC. This program was shown along with a PC with a sliding screen.
The new program will allow you to make and receive calls on your PC using your smartphone, send and receive text messages, transfer photos and files, and receive various notifications.
It’s somewhat similar to the Link to Phone app in Windows 10 and Windows 11, but Unison offers more options. If Link to Phone only works with Samsung smartphones and some other brands, then the new system will appear for all mobile devices. At the same time, the iPhone version will be slightly less functional – this applies to text messaging and managing third-party applications. All this is due to the restrictions put forward by the company from Cupertino.
At the first stage, the new feature will be available only to owners of laptops based on 12th generation processors released by Acer, HP and Lenovo. These laptops are part of the Intel Evo program. After the release of models on chips of the 13th generation, the list will expand.
Note that there is a similar one on the MacBook, where you can synchronize data with the iPhone. Now the same is expected on Windows.
Google Tensor G2 platform, 50MP with OIS and Android 13 out of the box. Renders and specifications of Google Pixel 7 and Google Pixel 7 Pro a week before the announcement
Google’s event, in which the company is expected to unveil the Pixel 7 and Pixel 7 Pro phones, is scheduled for October 6, but the source has already released high-quality renders and specs for both.
In general, these are software and hardware platforms. Both will receive Android 13 out of the box and the proprietary SoC Tensor G2 as part of the hardware platform.
The Pixel 7 Pro will have a 6.7-inch OLED screen with QHD resolution and a 120Hz frame rate. The amount of RAM will be 12 GB, built-in flash memory – 128 or 256 GB. The front camera will be 11 megapixels, the main sensors will be registered with a resolution of 50 megapixels, 12 megapixels (with an ultra-wide angle lens) and 48 megapixels (with a telephoto lens). The battery capacity will be 5000 mAh, the maximum charging power is 30 watts.
Google Pixel 7 is traditionally simpler. There is a 6.3-inch OLED screen with Full HD + resolution and a frame rate of 90 Hz, a main camera with sensors with a resolution of 50 and 12 MP (front camera with the same sensor with a resolution of 11 MP), only 8 G RAM (volumes of flash memory – 128 or 256 GB), 4700 mAh battery with 30 W charging support.
