Top 10 Factoryless Manufacturers Revenue Grow 26.4% in 2020

TrendForce analysts summed up the results of 2020 in the chip market and concluded that the transition to remote work and training in the context of the COVID-19 pandemic had a positive impact on the industry.
Companies that make chips but do not have their own factories have seen impressive revenue growth. The leader among them is Qualcomm, whose revenue for the year increased from $ 14.518 to $ 19.407 billion, that is, by 33.7%.
Broadcom is in second place. This company was able to increase sales by only 2.9%, from 17.246 to 17.745 billion dollars, as a result of which it lost the lead.
Third place is taken by Nvidia, which showed the largest growth among the top ten companies – from $ 10.125 to $ 15.412 billion, or 52.2%.
