Chen Jin, general manager of Lenovo’s Chinese smartphone division, said that the upcoming flagship Moto X30 Pro will feature the fastest wireless charging in the brand’s history. Its power will be 50 watts.

The Moto X30 Pro charger with 125W output was previously shown on the Web, so the Moto X30 Pro will quickly charge both wired and wirelessly.

Other features of the smartphone are already known. This is a Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Plus Gen 1 SoC, a 6.67-inch AMOLED screen with a frame rate of 144 Hz, an embedded 60-megapixel front camera and a main camera with a 200-megapixel main sensor. The official premiere of the Moto X30 Pro is expected on August 10 or 11. Moto X30 Pro was supposed to be presented earlier, but due to tensions between China and Taiwan, the premiere was postponed.

The creators emphasize that the lock is fully automatic – no additional actions are required with it after opening or closing the door. So, for example, when the door is closed, the lock is blocked automatically (relatively speaking, the “night latch” is automatically activated). You can unlock the device in five different ways: for example, by using a code on the digital panel, by scanning your fingerprint (response speed – 0.369 s) or from a smartphone. Naturally, the TL-SL31 Lite supports both Wi-Fi and Bluetooth.

A feature of the external design is a digital panel that rotates to the top at an angle of 15 °. The creators assure that the battery life of the lock is at the level of top solutions on the market. Well, in case of discharge, you can recharge the battery through the USB-C port.

The Core i9-13900K processor, in the absence of a power limit, can compete with the monstrous Ryzen Threadripper.

Testing showed that in Cinebech R23 in multi-threaded mode, the upcoming Intel flagship in the regular version out of the box is gaining almost 35,700 points. And this result is already very good, since, for example, the Core i9-12900K scores 27,500 points, and the 32-core Threadripper 2990X scores 30,000 points.

But if you remove the power limit, then the Core i9-13900K is already gaining more than 40,600 points! And this already correlates with the capabilities of the modern 24-core Threadripper 5965WX, and the 32-core Threadripper 5975WX is not catastrophically faster.

The price to pay for this performance will be power consumption. The CPU consumes more than 250 W under load even without any modifications, and in the absence of restrictions, the figure soars up to 345 W! This is more than the same Threadripper 5000 requires.

Recall that the Core i9-13900K will still have only eight large cores, although there will already be 16 small ones.
