Intel is known to be working on a whole family of new Xe-based graphics cards, which will include both gaming models and data center solutions.

The first image of the Intel Arctic Sound Accelerator (Xe-HP), designed specifically for data centers, appeared on the web today.

In the image above, you can see the accelerator based on the base GPU Xe-HP with one die (or tile), including 512 compute units. According to the announcement of Intel itself earlier, Xe-HP accelerators will contain up to four such tiles on one GPU.

Moreover, the source says that only 384 blocks out of 512 are active in the younger card. Also, the adapter is equipped with 16 GB of HBM2E memory and is characterized by a TDP of 150 W.

In the image above, you can see the version with two tiles, but not all are active, but 960 out of 1028. This card already has 32 GB of HBM2E memory and a TDP of 300 watts.

There is no information about the top version with four crystals yet, which may hint at production problems. Intel itself talked about 42 TFLOPS (FP32) performance last summer.

Recall that above Arctic Sound (Xe-HP) there will also be Ponte Vecchio (Xe-HPC) cards with 47 tiles and more than 100 billion transistors.
