Huawei has unveiled the hotly anticipated smartwatch Huawei Watch D. The first information about the new product appeared back in September. The main highlight of the Huawei Watch D was the ability to change blood pressure in addition to the already familiar function of taking an electrocardiogram.
Huawei Watch D has even received certification as a medical device from the China Food and Drug Administration. The watch received special straps with a built-in miniature cuff, as in a familiar tonometer. The device provides an accuracy of +/- 3 mmHg – like most automatic blood pressure monitors.
The watch is equipped with a 1.64-inch AMOLED screen with a resolution of 280 x 456 pixels, a 451 mAh battery. Supported by NFC, Bluetooth 5.1, GPS, tracking blood oxygen (SpO2) levels, heart rate, amount and quality of sleep, and other indicators important to health.
Protection against water (IP68) is provided. More than 70 sports modes are supported. The battery life is 7 days. The watch itself is based on HarmonyOS, it can be paired with smartphones based on HarmonyOS 2, Android 6.0 and newer, iOS 9.0 and newer.
The Huawei Watch D has already started accepting pre-orders in China at a price of $ 453. Open sales start on December 25th. When the promotion for early buyers ends, the price will rise to $ 469.

Huami’s Amazfit brand has unveiled a new smartwatch called the Amazfit GTR 2 New Version, which will go on sale on May 23rd. They got an always-on screen and Bluetooth calls.
The Amazfit GTR 2 New Version shares a similar design with the GTR 2. The model retains the aluminum alloy body but is available with a silicone strap in Lightning Gray and Thunder Black.
Amazfit GTR 2 New Version is equipped with a 1.39-inch AMOLED screen with a resolution of 454 x 454 pixels, a brightness of up to 450 cd / m2 and a density of 326 pixels per inch. The display is covered with 2.5D glass with a scratch-resistant carbon coating.

The price of new items is 155 dollars.
Xiaomi showed Mi Band 7 in new images. Lots of new themes and a 1.62-inch AMOLED screen in all its glory
Xiaomi continues to publish teasers dedicated to the Mi Band 7 fitness bracelet. Recall that the official premiere of the new product will take place very soon – on May 24th.
The first image confirms the presence of a 1.62-inch AMOLED screen, although earlier we talked about using a smaller 1.56-inch display in the device. This picture was posted on Weibo by the head of Xiaomi, Lei Jun, and in the accompanying text, he noted that the bracelet supports heart rate and SpO2 monitoring, various exercise modes, weather forecast display, etc. But not a word about the presence of a built-in GPS module, although rumors speak of its presence.
The second picture demonstrates not only the color variety of branded straps, but also the variability of the main screen themes. And, of course, not all topics are represented in the picture. Xiaomi Mi Band 7 will go on sale in two versions – with and without NFC. The NFC version has already been spotted in China for $40.
Smart watches Google Pixel Watch can surprise you with the amount of memory: there will be more flash memory than in some smartphones
Google announced the smart watch ten days ago, but kept silent about the technical characteristics of the novelty. Therefore, details about the device have to be collected bit by bit. A previous leak said the watch would get Samsung’s rather old Exynos 9110 SoC, but the new data is encouraging: the Pixel Watch may have a fresher SoC.
This scheme is not new, it has already been tested in a number of other wearable devices: a low-power SoC ensures that the device works for a long time with basic capabilities, and when all functions are supposed to be used to the maximum, a more powerful (and obviously more modern) hardware system is involved.
But even this is not interesting: Pixel Watch is credited with a lot of flash memory – as much as 32 GB. Such a volume for applications is clearly redundant, so it is suggested that Google will focus on the ability to download and store a large amount of music right on the watch. Which is good for sports. However, it will be possible to store podcasts right in the watch, for example. The amount of RAM will be “slightly more than the Galaxy Watch 4”. Samsung smartwatches have 1.5 GB of RAM, so it’s logical to assume 2 GB of RAM in Pixel Watch.
Finally, the Pixel Watch is said to be sensor-similar to the Fitbit Charge 5. This means that Google’s new product will provide the same vitals tracking capabilities. At a minimum, you can count on the monitoring of heart rate and SpO2, as a maximum – on the possibility of recording an ECG.
This concludes the new batch of details about the Google Pixel Watch. Recall that the novelty will go on sale in the fall.
