The unique LG Rollable sliding screen smartphone is not just a concept. It comes out this year

Back in September, LG confirmed that it was working on an experimental sliding-screen smartphone called the LG Rollable, and this week we were shown how it would look.
The device will use a flexible OLED display developed by the Chinese company BOE, which can hide inside and out of the case. This allows you to change the display area without folding the smartphone, like competing solutions.
According to Nikkei Aisia, LG’s unique Rollable sliding screen smartphone is not just a concept. An LG official has officially confirmed that the LG Rollable will indeed go on sale later this year.
Unfortunately, there are no details about its technical characteristics yet.
