According to Goldman Sachs, the worst could soon be over when it comes to glitches caused by global chip shortages.

Andrew Tilton, chief economist at one of the world’s largest investment banks, Goldman Sachs, said the global chip shortage could end this year. According to him, the situation will start to improve in the second half of the year.

He noted that there are now supply delays in North Asian countries such as Japan, Taiwan and South Korea, which are involved in the semiconductor supply chain.

Aspen Creek Digital Corporation (“ACDC”) has announced the launch of its first bitcoin mining facility. We are talking about a high-performance computing center with a capacity of 6 MW, equipped with a solar farm with a capacity of 10 MW.

The company’s first hosting client was Galaxy Digital.

“Recent market volatility has demonstrated the importance of our core strategy: power control as a major contributor to bitcoin mining,” said ACDC CEO Alexandra DaCosta.

ACDC uses S19 generation miners for mining in a data center in Colorado. Adjacent to the facility is a 75,000 square foot R&D and execution center.

The second ACDC facility will be a 30 MW data center capable of accommodating 10,000 ASIC miners. This data center will be combined with an 87 MW solar power plant, which will be commissioned this summer.

The third project that ACDC is working on is a 150 MW data center that will work in conjunction with a 200 MW solar farm.
