According to The Register, the American company Oracle was accused of selling the data of five billion users around the world. A class-action lawsuit filed by Irish Civil Liberties Council member Johnny Ryan alleges that the tech giant has built a network of hundreds of millions of people’s personal information and is already selling that data to third parties. The lawsuit was filed in the US District Court for the Northern District of California.

According to the document, Oracle has collected detailed dossiers on five billion people. Ryan estimates that selling the information from this dossier generates $42.4 billion in annual revenue for the company.

According to The Register, some of the data for the lawsuit comes from a 2016 Oracle presentation in which CTO and founder Larry Ellison described the collection of personal data. The lawsuit states that Oracle’s dossier includes names, home addresses, emails, online and in-store purchases, geolocation data, income, interests, and political opinions.

Acer decided to enter the video card market and not with Nvidia or AMD products. Acer has unveiled its first 3D card today and it’s the Arc A770 Predator BiFrost.

Whether Acer will release only Intel cards is still unknown. In this case, we can see a non-reference design, two eight-pin power connectors at once (the reference card has 6 + 8 connectors) and a very unusual cooling system with two fans, which are very different both in size and design. The smaller one is completely similar to the centrifugal one, but it is impossible to say for sure from one image.

There is also no data on the Acer card yet. Recall, Arc A770 has 8 or 16 GB of memory and 4096 FP32 blocks. The card is priced at $330 or $350, depending on the version. Intel also introduced the more affordable Arc A750, priced at $290.

Camera module for half a smartphone Tecno Phantom X2 camera

In the FCC database, the Tecno Phantom X2 smartphone was lit up, which, first of all, will impress with the dimensions of the main camera module.

As you can see in the drawing, the module will be huge. In terms of the size ratio of the module to the size of the smartphone itself, it is even larger than that of the Xiaomi 12s Ultra.

Of course, the dimensions of the module do not at all mean that the new Tecno will also have a large inch image sensor. Given what the company produces, this is unlikely.

As for other parameters, the FCC base says a 5040 mAh battery with 45-watt charging and Bluetooth 5.3.

With a camera like the Galaxy S23 and a large

This week, high-quality renders of the promising Samsung Galaxy S23 and Galaxy S23 + were leaked to the Web, and now the source has published high-quality images of a much simpler and cheaper model – the Galaxy A14. At the same time, some technical characteristics are also given.

Perhaps the most interesting thing here is the execution of the main camera with “island” (as if separate) modules. The Galaxy S23/S23+ should get the same external camera. But there will be no embedded camera on the screen: the Galaxy A14 will receive an Infinity-U display with a drop-shaped front camera. But the screen itself will become larger – the diagonal will be 6.8 inches.

Galaxy A14 dimensions will be 167.7 x 78.7 x 9.3 mm. The phone is credited with an almost flat side frame, a side fingerprint scanner, a USB-C port. There will also be a standard headphone jack.

Steve Hemmerstoffer, known on Twitter as Onleaks, is behind the leak of these images. He previously published renders of Xiaomi 12 and Xiaomi 12 Pro, Samsung Galaxy S21, Sony Xperia XZ4, Google Pixel 4 XL, Huawei Mate 40 Pro, Sony Xperia 10 III before their official premiere, and all these leaks were subsequently confirmed.
