The region with the best average internet connection speed is Jersey. Turkmenistan closes the rating

Cable.co.uk, after analyzing the results of billions of Internet speed tests, confirmed that Western Europe dominates the ranking of the regions with the fastest Internet access.

The source also adds that the list of 10 countries with the highest speed of broadband access in the world includes 8 countries of Western Europe. The leader of this rating has an average connection speed of 274.27 Mbps. This speed was recorded on the island of Jersey, located in the English Channel. Jersey became the first region in the world where fiber optic connectivity is available to every household. Liechtenstein came in second, followed by Iceland and Andorra.

The top ten includes only two regions outside Western Europe, including Macau, China (128.56 Mbps) and Hungary (104.07 Mbps). With an average connection speed of 51.48 Mbps in the UK, the country is ranked 20th in Europe and 43rd in the world. The United States is ranked 14th in the world with an average speed of 92.42 Mbps.

North Africa has the worst average connection speed at only 5.68 Mbps. The country with the lowest average connection speed in the world is Turkmenistan (0.50 Mbps).

Last year, download speeds in the five fastest countries were about 276 times faster than the five slowest countries. This gap has narrowed for the first time since the study began in 2017. This year, the top five were 202 times faster than the five slowest countries.

Xiaomi Civi 2 is equipped with a 6.55-inch curved AMOLED screen, which not only supports 120Hz high refresh rate, 10bit color depth and Dolby Vision, but also supports 1920Hz high-frequency dimming.

It received a front-facing system with two 32-megapixel image sensors. The main camera uses a 50-megapixel Sony IMX766 1/1.56″ optical format camera, and the amount of light input is increased by 101.8% compared to the previous generation.
