The authors of the PhoneBuff channel brought the Pixel 8 Pro and iPhone 15 Pro Max together again using their robotic arm. In the last battle, where the speed of work was assessed, let us remind you that the Apple smartphone won.

In the new one, as we see, too, and very confidently. Google devices have never been famous for their autonomy, although the Pixel 8 Pro has quite good battery life.

But if Google’s new product lasted almost 10 hours of screen operation, then Apple’s flagship had 11 hours and 44 minutes. When the Pixel 8 Pro was completely drained, the iPhone 15 Pro Max still had 18% charge left. This is enough, for example, for almost two hours of work in the browser or 3.5 hours of work on Instagram.

Asus published on Twitter the first image of its new gaming flagship ROG Phone 8. The picture shows the rear panel of the smartphone with a new camera unit: visually it is more compact than the camera unit of the current model, but at the same time it protrudes more beyond the body.

There are no specific details about the specifications of the ROG Phone 8. Finally, ROG Phone 8 has already appeared on Geekbench in versions with 16 and 24 GB of RAM.

According to rumors, Samsung Galaxy S24 smartphones will be the first smartphones to feature One UI 6.1 out of the box. Some other smartphones have already implemented similar functions, so Samsung won’t offer anything particularly unique. At the same time, it is very good that the company is expanding the capabilities of the “battery protection” function.
