The new Intel processor is clocked lower than the old one. Core i7-1195G7 first appeared on the web

Recently, information appeared on the Web about Tiger Lake Refresh processors, which should receive support for LPDDR5 RAM.
Now one such CPU is lit up in the benchmark, that is, the release of the Tiger Lake Refresh line is definitely worth the wait. In this case, we are talking about the Core i7-1195G7 model, which will conditionally replace the Core i7-1185G7.
Details are still scarce. For example, the base frequency of the novelty will allegedly be even lower than that of the current model: 2.9 GHz versus 3.0 GHz. In addition, a PC with LPDDR4x memory was tested.
Perhaps the increased frequency of the new CPU will be slightly higher than that of the current one, but this is still the same architecture and the same technical process.
