The new Hyundai Palisade serves as the basis for the Creta’s redesign. The first photos have appeared
Hyundai is testing the upcoming Creta facelift and new spy shots have surfaced online. Autocarindia sources said Hyundai will begin production of the Creta facelift at its Chennai plant in January 2024.
The design of the updated Creta for India will be inspired by the new Hyundai Palisade, while for other markets, the new Creta is based on the Tucson. The Indian Creta will get an updated bumper, a different boot lid and H-shaped LED DRLs like the Exter subcompact crossover. Apart from this, the Creta facelift will also get split vertical headlights and a different front grille.
Sources say that the updated Creta will be equipped with an ADAS package and panoramic cameras. New materials and colors are expected in the cabin, as well as a 10.25-inch infotainment screen.
The car received a 1.5-liter turbo-petrol engine producing 160 hp. The same engine powers the Kia Seltos, Hyundai Alcazar, Hyundai Verna and Kia Carens. Transmission options are expected to be 7-speed DCT and manual transmission. Other engine options include a 1.5-litre naturally aspirated petrol engine and a 1.5-litre diesel engine. Both engines produce 115 hp.
The car will be launched early next year and will compete with the Kia Seltos, Honda Elevate, Maruti Suzuki Grand Vitara, Toyota Hyryder, Skoda Kushaq, Volkswagen Taigun and MG Astor.

The basic model is represented by catalog numbers SM-S921U and SM-S921U1, Galaxy S24 Plus – SM-S926U and SM-S926U1, Galaxy S24 Ultra – SM-S928U and SM-S928U1.
Based on the certification documents, the Galaxy S24 and Galaxy S24 Plus are equipped with Wi-Fi 6E and Bluetooth 5.3 adapters, NFC and UWB chips. The Galaxy S24 Ultra has everything the same except for Wi-Fi – it supports Wi-Fi 7.
Let us remind you that according to preliminary data, the premiere of the Galaxy S24 line will take place on January 17. The Ultra model will be powered by Snapdragon 8 Gen 3, while the other two models will be powered by both Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 and Exynos 2400.
