The modern Garmin Venu 2 smartwatch with GPS is presented: two sizes for one price



Garmin has unveiled the Garmin Venu 2 smartwatch, which is available in two sizes with 1.3- and 1.1-inch screens. The resolution is 416 x 416 and 360 x 360 pixels, respectively. There is Always On Mode. The displays are protected by Gorilla Glass 3, and the frame around the glass is made of stainless steel. The watch is waterproof (5 ATM).

The 45mm version can last up to 11 days in smartwatch mode, the 40mm version can last 10 days. The original Garmin Venu was available in a single 43mm size and only lasted 5 days on a single charge.

The operating time with the GPS turned on reaches 8 hours. Charging in this case is fast, 10 minutes add 1 day of work or 1 hour of GPS tracking. GLONASS and Galileo are also supported, there is a compass and a barometric altimeter on board. In addition, the Garmin Venu 2 is the first to feature the new Elevate V4 optical heart rate sensor.

In addition, a new high-tech sleep tracker is used that estimates sleep based on heart rate, respiration, blood oxygen and stress. There is 24/7 heart rate and respiration rate monitoring, blood oxygen saturation monitoring, stress tracking, and hydration measurement and menstrual cycle control.

The watch allows you to receive text messages from your smartphone, calendar reminders, weather information and more. You can download watch faces, widgets and apps. By the way, the new watch can store up to 650 songs from Spotify, Amazon or Deezer. The amount of memory available to users is 7 GB.

The price of new items is $ 400 regardless of size.
