That Vivo is developing its own smartwatch is no longer news. The watch was certified by the China Communications Commission back in June and also received Bluetooth certification. Now there are new details about the new product.
A well-known Chinese insider under the nickname Digital Chat Station announced that the Vivo Watch will be on sale in two months. He stated that he saw a “male” version of the watch with a 46mm color OLED display.
The source confirms that the Vivo Watch smartwatch is equipped with an NFC module, a heart rate sensor, a blood oxygen saturation sensor, as well as other standard functions that are presented in modern smartwatches.
A smaller 42mm version is also expected. So far, there is no information about the capacity of the batteries, the operating time without recharging and the operating system under which the new smart watch will work.
Oppo previously released its own smartwatch that runs ColorOS in China, while the global version uses WearOS. Perhaps Vivo will follow the same path.
