The network has fresh data on the Intel Arc A730M video card, which was tested in gaming tasks, where it turned out to be slightly higher than the mobile Nvidia RTX 3050.

The A730M has been tested in Assassin’s Creed: Odyssey, Metro Exodus and F1 2020, as well as in Shadow of The Tomb Raider. The first three games worked fine on the card, but the last game could not be launched – it seems that the beta drivers have problems with DirectX 12. The GPU functioned with a TDP of 92 W at a frequency of up to 2050 MHz.

In Metro Exodus, the GPU was able to deliver 70fps at 1080p and 55fps at 1440p using the High Quality preset. But in Assassin’s Creed Odyssey, the card was able to produce only 38 frames per second.

All of this is on par between the RTX 3050 and RTX 3060, which is pretty bad for an Intel card. After all, Arc A730M belongs to the top segment, but does not provide the appropriate level. Note that the A730M is the first generation Intel Arc mobile card.

The Machenike Discovery Edition 2022 laptop model with this graphics card is currently available for pre-order in China, but it is not clear when the laptop will be available for public sale.

Earlier, synthetic tests of the A730M appeared on the network, and the card performs much better there – higher than the mobile GeForce RTX 3070. On the other hand, synthetic tests have never shown the real power of the card, so you should not rely on them completely.

In order to prevent the user’s personal data from being exposed to the public as a result of the “hacking”, he is asked to dial a special USSD command on the phone, consisting of a combination of numbers, symbols and a phone number. As a result, the subscriber himself changes the settings so that calls and SMS are forwarded from his device to the number of scammers.

VTB experts recommend installing caller IDs on your smartphones that will allow you to distinguish a real call from a fraudulent one, or not to answer calls from unknown numbers. It is also important to be vigilant and, at the slightest doubt, end a conversation that seems suspicious. According to VTB, in May, the number of customer requests for calls from intruders increased by 70% compared to April this year, exceeding 640,000.

The card also received 4 GB of GDDR6 memory with a frequency of 12 GHz and a 64-bit memory bus. As a result, the throughput is only 96 GB / s. For comparison, the same Radeon RX 6400 with the same bus has a figure of 128 GB / s, while the RX 6500 XT has 144 GB / s.
