There will be something new very soon for this month of January on Hitman 3 : IO Interactive did the full of announcements for the latest installment in the virtual assassination franchise, launching the second year of content, as well as the launch of Hitman Trilogy—a compilation of all the episodes of the series, on consoles, PC… And Xbox Game Pass.
The Agent is coming to Game Pass
A new collection named Hitman Trilogy is scheduled for January 20. As its name suggests, this trilogy will include all three episodes of the Hitman reboot saga, finally available in a single package on PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S and PC via the Epic Games Store. Hitman Trilogy will also be available in day one on the Xbox and PC Game Pass. To note that Hitman 3 will also arrive on Steam from the same date.
The second year of content for Hitman 3 will be full of new features for the game when it launches on January 20. If you’re the type who wants to experience the murders in an even more immersive way—which could be seen as somewhat disturbing—a VR mode will be available for those who own Hitman 3—but will also be playable with content from the previous two episodes Hitman and Hitman 2. It is not yet known which helmets will be compatible, but new information will be given at the launch of Year 2 for Hitman 3.
Ephemeral, but not so much anymore
Two new games will be added to Hitman 3: Hitman Freelancer will bring a roguelike twist to the classic game formula. From a fully customizable HQ, Agent 47 will be able to choose his game campaigns, consisting of several missions. Between each of these, the player will have to replenish his stock and his arsenal from the main hub.
The second Elusive Target Arcade mode marks the return of Hitman’s temporary assassination missions—but in a much different way this time around. Rather than being available for a limited time, the missions offered in Elusive Target Arcade will be permanent—but each failure will lock in the next attempt for 12 hours. Finally, a new card will arrive later this year; no information is known to date except its code name, “Rocky”.

Nvidia has released a fresh driver for graphics cards that were released 10 years ago. But in games performance will not improve
Nvidia has released a fresh driver for older GeForce 600 and GeForce 700 video cards. Support for these adapters has long been discontinued, so the new driver is only intended to fix important vulnerabilities.
More specifically, we are talking about two vulnerabilities CVE-2022-3602 and CVE-2022-3786 that affected mail servers and open source VPN protocols such as OpenVPN.
Unfortunately, the latest driver will not improve the performance of older video cards, as support was discontinued over a year ago.
However, some adapters of those times are still quite good for modern games, given their age. For example, the GeForce GTX 780 Ti is capable of about 70-80 fps in Full HD in GTA V at maximum graphics quality settings, and even provides about 60 fps in The Witcher 3 at high settings.
