A desktop GeForce RTX 4060 can get as many CUDA cores as a mobile one. And smaller than the RTX 3060.
According to recent data from reliable insider kopite7kimi, the RTX 4060 will be based on the AD107 GPU with 3072 CUDA cores. This is exactly the same as the mobile RTX 4060 Laptop.
