According to Winfuture.de, referring to its own informants, the South Korean company Samsung has begun mass production of components for the upcoming Galaxy Z Fold3 smartphone with a foldable screen.
Despite the fact that the presentation of the Galaxy Z Fold3 is expected only in August, the company is already in full swing preparing for its release. The source confirms that the release the company plans to start selling the Galaxy Z Fold3 within the next 2-3 months.
At this stage, Samsung produces a small number of components in order to carefully monitor the process and, if necessary, promptly make the necessary adjustments to the production process.
The Galaxy Z Fold3 is expected to be the first Samsung phone to feature a sub-screen front camera. Plus, it will likely be the company’s first foldable phone to support the S Pen.
The Galaxy Z Fold3 is rumored to have an external 6.2-inch 120Hz S-AMOLED screen and a 7.5-inch QHD + foldable internal S-AMOLED display with support for a 120Hz refresh rate. The smartphone should get a Snapdragon 888 or Snapdragon 888+, as well as up to 16GB of RAM and up to 512GB of internal flash storage.
The main camera is still expected to use three image sensors with a resolution of 12 megapixels, the sub-screen front camera will be 16 megapixels. The smartphone received a 4400 mAh battery with support for 25-watt charging.
