This spring, the Carbon 1 MK II was introduced, the world’s first phone with a monolithic carbon fiber body. It was released by the German manufacturer Carbon Mobile for 800 euros. Carbon Mobile announced some important changes this week.
The Carbon 1 MK II mobile phone was originally manufactured in China, but the company recently announced that it had moved its manufacturing base to Germany, where it is manufactured in a former Motorola factory. At the same time, the company cooperates with the distributor Ingram Micro.
Although final production was moved from China to Germany, Carbon Mobile is still inseparable from the Asian supply chain. The camera, body and other components of the Carbon 1 MK II are still manufactured by Asian companies.
The good news is that the Carbon 1 MK II will be priced immediately by 200 euros, meaning it can now be purchased for 600 euros.
The Carbon 1 MK II has a 6-inch AMOLED display with a resolution of 1080 x 2160 pixels (18: 9), protected by Victus Gorilla Glass. The smartphone is built on the basis of the Helio P90 single-chip system, it received 8 GB of LPDDR4X RAM and 256 GB of UFS 2.1 flash memory. The 3000 mAh battery can be charged up to 50% in half an hour. The main camera uses two 16-megapixel image sensors, the front camera has a resolution of 20 megapixels. The phone received Wi-Fi 5, Bluetooth 5.0 with aptX HD, NFC, GPS, USB-C.

IPhone 13 Brand New Issue: Weird Artifacts Appear in Photos
IPhone 13 users continue to report new issues they face when using a smartphone that only went on sale the day before yesterday.
On the Chinese social network Weibo, this topic became a very hot topic over the weekend. Users confirm that some strange artifacts appear in the photos taken with the iPhone 13, as shown in the following video.
The video confirms that there are no problems in the preview window, however, after the photo is taken, black artifacts are randomly generated on it. It is not yet known whether the problem is software or hardware, and it is also somewhat widespread.
It is worth noting that Apple previously officially confirmed that after restoring the iPhone 13 from a backup, widgets can be reset to their default state. There are also problems with Apple Music and syncing with Apple Watch.
Apple confirms iPhone 13 bugs
It wasn’t until the day before yesterday that the iPhone 13 went on sale, and all indications are that they are selling very well. In terms of pre-order volume, the iPhone 13 is well ahead of the iPhone 12.
As before, users lined up in front of stores, some sold their seats in queues, while others resold brand new smartphones at a premium. From day one, iPhone 13 users started reporting some issues.
Apple has already officially confirmed the bugs that are present in iPhone 13. If you restore a new iPhone or iPad from a backup, you will not be able to access the Apple Music catalog, Apple Music settings, or use the Sync Library on the new device. In addition, when you automatically turn on Macro mode on iPhone 13, it can no longer be turned off.
It also became known that the iPhone 13 in some cases cannot establish a connection with the Apple Watch. Apple Support recommends resetting your network settings, but it doesn’t help. Some people have been helped by resetting their Apple Watch and re-pairing.
Almost every time a new smartphone comes out, there are some problems, most of which are software in nature. Apple should fix existing bugs in the next software update.
As we previously reported, the iPhone 13 Pro Max is outperformed by the Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra in new camera tests.
