The first device is Nothing. OnePlus founder and his new company backed by Google / Alphabet

OnePlus co-founder Carl Pei announced in late January that he had started his own company called Nothing, adding that it would specialize in creating consumer products with new technologies.
Nothing will be building smart devices in a wide variety of categories, which, over time, as the team’s capabilities and skills increase, should evolve into a larger ecosystem. Nothing will start with simple devices, the first product will be fully wireless headphones due out this summer. More ecosystem products will be released throughout the year. It’s not just about audio devices, but Pei didn’t elaborate on what else to expect.
It also became known that Nothing has already been backed by Alphabet, Google’s parent company, which has invested $ 15 million in the new startup.
Carl Pei previously said that Nothing’s products will use custom-made components that set them apart from the competition.
