Xiaomi has officially announced that the Redmi K60 Ultra or Redmi K60 Extreme Edition smartphone will officially go on sale tomorrow, August 16th.
This time, Redmi has ditched the 8GB RAM version, so the base version is equipped with 12GB RAM and 256GB storage, and costs $360. The top version with 24 GB of RAM and 1 TB of flash memory is priced at $495, but those wishing to purchase it will have to wait until August 22.
Redmi K60 Ultra is equipped with a Dimensity 9200+ single-chip system and scores more than 1.77 million points in AnTuTu. The smartphone received a 6.67-inch screen with a refresh rate of 144 Hz, a resolution of 1.5K. It uses Huaxing’s latest C7 luminescent material, which greatly reduces power consumption. The material was previously used in the Xiaomi 13 Ultra screen. In addition, this screen also supports a peak brightness of 2600 cd/m2 and PWM with a frequency of 2880 Hz.
Redmi K60 Ultra received a 5000 mAh battery and supports 120 W fast charging. The main camera is equipped with a Sony IMX800 sensor with optical stabilization.
This is the first Redmi smartphone with IP68 dust and water resistance.

Together with the flagship Redmi Note 13 Pro+, Redmi today introduced a simpler and cheaper model – Redmi Note 13 Pro. It has a different single-chip system – Qualcomm Snapdragon 7s Gen 2, but the main main camera module is exactly the same as in the Redmi Note 13 Pro+ – with a 200-megapixel sensor and optical stabilization.
Redmi did not talk about the Redmi Note 13 Pro in as much detail as the Redmi Note 13 Pro+, however, the key parameters are known. This model received a flat screen with a resolution of 1.5K and a maximum brightness of 1800 cd/sq.m. Its protection is provided by Gorilla Glass Victus.
The battery capacity is 5100 mAh and supports 67 W charging. The configuration also includes an NFC chip and a standard headphone jack, and there is also water protection – IP54.
Prices have already been announced: 8/128 GB – $190, 8/256 GB – $205, 12/256 GB – $235, 12/512 GB – $260, 16/512 GB – $275.
