T-Force Cardea Ceramic A440 Solid State Drive is PCIe 4.0 x4

Under the T-Force brand of gaming computer components, Teamgroup introduced the Cardea Ceramic A440 solid-state drive. This M.2 2280 SSD is equipped with PCIe 4.0 x4 and supports NVMe 1.4 protocol, resulting in read and write speeds up to 7000 MB / s and 6900 MB / s, respectively.
The new drive is offered in 1 and 2 TB volumes. In any case, the set includes two replaceable radiators, the choice between which is determined by the specific conditions of use. One of them is a relatively thick aluminum finned heatsink with which the drive is 12.9 mm thick. According to the manufacturer, the SSD temperature can be reduced by up to 15% when using this heatsink. For cases where a minimum thickness is required, the “ultra-thin graphene heatsink” is intended, with which the thickness of the drive is only 3.7 mm. The SSD temperature can be reduced by up to 9% with this heatsink.
The resource of a 1TB drive is advertised as being writeable over a lifespan of at least 700TB, and a 2TB drive is claimed to be at least 1400TB. The warranty period is five years.
