Star Wars Jedi Fallen Order Coming To PlayStation 5 And Xbox Series X / S
According to The Gamer, stores have already received boxed copies of Star Wars Jedi Fallen Order for the PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X / S consoles. Sales should begin today, but so far Electronic Arts has not made an official announcement.
In April, it was confirmed that Electronic Arts was planning to release Star Wars Jedi Fallen Order this summer for the PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X / S consoles. In January, the company released an update that improved the game on next-gen consoles. It was intended for those who bought the game on PS4 and Xbox One. Now a disc edition is coming out for those who missed Star Wars Jedi Fallen Order on the last generation of consoles and want to buy it for the PlayStation 5 or Xbox Series X / S.
In July 2020, EA announced that the number of unique players in Star Wars Jedi Fallen Order exceeded 10 million. The publisher called it “one of the brightest games of the last few years,” and CEO Andrew Wilson called it “the first game in a brand new franchise,” hinting that a sequel is just around the corner.
Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order was released in the fall of 2019 and received about 80 points out of 100, according to Metacritic.

No Man’s Sky release on Nintendo Switch pushed back to October

No Man’s Sky will be released on the Nintendo Switch handheld console on October 7th. It was originally planned that the game will be released in the summer, but now it has been postponed to the fall. The project will be released in a physical and digital edition, at the release the game will receive all 20 updates that have been released for it since 2016.
According to the game’s head of development Sean Murray, porting the project to the Nintendo Switch was “an almost impossible task”, since the game heavily uses procedural generation of the universe. Because of this, the console had to process a lot of data.
Simultaneously with the release on Switch, the game will be released on discs for PS5, which will also contain all the expansions available today.
Earlier it was reported that the game will appear on the iPad and Mac this year. however, it will only work on models with M1 or M2 chips.

Targeting the budget segment? Intel showed the power of mobile video cards A770M and A730M in games

Intel continues to declassify data about its new graphics cards. This time the company has released official gaming performance figures for the A770M and A730M mobile graphics cards.
Both models are based on the Alchemist ACM-G10 GPU and can compete with Nvidia’s budget models. The company positions the A770M as a competitor to the mobile RTX 3060, while the A730M will compete with the mobile RTX 3050 Ti. Note that the list does not include the RTX 3070 and more powerful solutions, so it seems that the “blue” video cards are aimed at the lower price range.
Here are the configurations Intel tested:
- Intel Arc A730M (TGP 80 – 120W): Core i7-12700H, 16GB DDR5-4800;
- Intel Arc A770M (TGP 120 to 150W): Core i9-12900HK, 16GB DDR5-48004
- NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3050 Ti (TGP 60W) (ROG Zephyrus M16): Core i7-11800H, 16GB DDR4-3200;
- NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3060 (TGP 85W) (MSI Pulse GL66): Core i9-12900HK, DDR5-4800.
And this is what the game tests look like:
A total of 17 games were tested at 1920 x 1080, with the A730M averaging 13% faster than the RTX 3050 Ti and the A770M running 12% better than the RTX 3060.
Note that until now, A730M laptops were presented only in China, and models with A770M are not yet available to anyone.
And earlier, official specifications and tests of the Intel Arc A380 desktop graphics card were published.
