In addition to the PlayStation Portal portable console, Sony today unveiled the Pulse Elite headset and Pulse Explore true wireless headphones in a compact design.
As promised by the manufacturer, the new wireless headset Pulse Elite provides “lossless sound”, equipped with a retractable microphone and an artificial intelligence noise reduction system that can filter background sounds. The package also includes a charging “hanger” for convenient charging and storage.
Pulse Explore is Sony’s first set of wireless gaming headphones. Headphones are equipped with two microphones and an artificial intelligence noise reduction system. Pulse Explore also provides “lossless sound” and comes with a charging case.
The Pulse Elite and Pulse Explore will be the first PlayStation audio devices to use specially designed planar magnetic drivers to deliver the audiophile-level listening experience typically found in premium headphones for professional audio engineers.
Another feature was the connection to PlayStation Portal via the new PlayStation Link wireless audio technology, designed to provide low latency, lossless sound and easy switching between multiple sources. To connect to the PlayStation 5, a special USB adapter is provided. Pulse Elite and Pulse Explore can connect to both a PlayStation Link enabled device (PS5, PC, Mac or PlayStation Portal) and a Bluetooth enabled device at the same time.
The Pulse Elite is priced at $150/€ and the Pulse Explore is $199.99 or €220. Sony plans to release more details soon, including a start date for pre-orders and a launch date.
Samsung has declassified $100 fan-made Galaxy Buds FE headphones. Graphite and Mystic White colors, active noise cancellation and 60 hours of battery life
Samsung has updated its website in Argentina, and it has accidentally revealed images and details of the yet-to-be-officially unveiled Galaxy Buds FE headphones.
There will be two colors: gray-black (called Graphite) and white (Mystic White). Each earphone will have three microphones: two external ones, on which the active noise reduction system relies, and one internal one – for calls. Users will be able to change the sound using a custom equalizer, and there will also be three options for transmitting outdoor sound so that you can hear what is happening around you without removing your headphones.
Galaxy Buds FE will feature DNN technology, which will cut out background noise during voice calls. SmartThings Find lets you find your headphones, and Auto Switch lets you quickly switch between different Galaxy devices (like a tablet and smartphone).
Each earphone will have a built-in battery with a capacity of 60 mAh, the battery capacity of the case is 479 mAh. The maximum autonomy of the headphones is 60 hours. It was previously reported that the price of the device would be $100. The premiere of the new product is expected in early October along with the Galaxy S23 FE smartphone.
Samsung has highlighted a whole line of fan devices: not only the Galaxy S23 FE is shown, but also headphones with a tablet
Samsung Electronics is preparing to significantly expand its Fan Edition line in the very near future. This is evidenced by information published on the official Argentine Samsung website.

According to this page, the headphones will be offered in black and white colors, will have an active noise reduction system, three microphones, and battery life will be 30 hours with recharging from the case and noise cancellation disabled.
On the same page there are images that show not only the Galaxy Buds FE, but also the Galaxy S23 FE smartphone with the Galaxy Tab S9 FE tablet.
The names can already be considered official, since Galaxy S23 FE and Galaxy Tab S9 FE are mentioned in the description of the headphones. For example, there is a footnote:
*Galaxy S23 FE and Galaxy Tab S9 FE sold separately. The S Pen is included with the Galaxy Tab S9 FE.
The official presentation of the new Galaxy FE line is expected to take place on October 4, 2023.
