Sony tests prototype Vision-S on public roads in Europe

A year ago, Sony announced its first electric vehicle, the Vision-S, at CES 2020. Now, the company has released a video showing testing of the Vision-S prototype on public roads in Europe.
Back in July, Sony announced plans to test electric vehicles on public roads in late 2020. At the presentation at CES 2021, the company shared the results.
Vision-S tests took place in Austria in December. Interestingly, the filming was carried out using the new product presented at CES 2021 – the Airpeak drone.
As a reminder, Vision-S is equipped with two 270 hp electric motors – one mounted on the front axle, the other on the rear. Acceleration to 100 km / h takes 4.8 seconds, top speed is 240 km / h.
