Smartphone without NFC, with one SIM card and very slow charging, but with a stylus and under an American brand. Motorola Moto G Stylus (2022) declassified

In 2022, we will receive at least one more smartphone with a stylus. It will be the new Motorola Moto G Stylus (2022). And today, details about this device have appeared on the Web.

Not good for a start. The smartphone will come out of the box with Android 11 and will allegedly receive only one update, that is, to Android 12. In an era when Samsung and Google, on the contrary, are trying to increase the support time of their smartphones, it seems strange. Besides, Motorola was one of the first to update its devices a few years ago.

As for the parameters, we have before us a typical inexpensive smartphone. Unless the screen of the novelty will be 6.78 inches, that is, the smartphone will be very large. It will have Full HD + resolution and support for 90Hz. RAM will be 4 or 6 GB, flash memory will be provided with 128 GB. The main camera will include a 50MP Samsung JN1 sensor, 8MP ultra-wide resolution and a depth sensor. The front camera will have a resolution of 16 megapixels.

Autonomy should be good, since the device will receive a 5000 mAh battery, but it will take a long time to charge it, since it will only support 10-watt charging. And the smartphone supposedly will not have NFC and support for two SIM cards, although the latter is very strange.

The heart will be the SoC MediaTek Helio G85, although there were earlier rumors about the Snapdragon 480+. But in the first case, the price will obviously be lower.

What video card is needed for such a screen BOE

BOE is working on the industry’s first 600Hz LCD panel. The network got frames from the official video, which demonstrates a laptop with a similar screen.

What video card is needed for such a screen? BOE showed a display with a frame rate of 600 Hz

Details are at a minimum. It is known that the screen diagonal is 16 inches with an aspect ratio of 16:10. The laptop itself is based on one of the GeFoce RTX video cards.

Such a screen, by itself, will be aimed at gaming laptops. But it is still completely unclear when it will appear in production models. For example, BOE showed a 27-inch 500-Hz display back in January, but so far such monitors have not appeared on the market.

On the other hand, you need to understand that the increased frame rate of the screen is good when the number of frames per second in a particular game corresponds to this frequency. And to achieve 600 fps is possible only in fairly old or very simple games from a graphical point of view when using very productive video cards.

No more $100 GeForce RTX 3060. Used video cards skyrocketed in price at times

No more 100 GeForce RTX 3060 Used video cards skyrocketed

It looks like the market for used GeForce RTX 30 graphics cards is slowly moving away from ridiculously low prices.

According to the WCCF Tech resource, a month after the transition of Ethereum to Proof-of-stake, the market was flooded with adapters at bargain prices. For example, the RTX 3060 could be bought for as little as $100. Of course, this is a card after mining, but this is often not a sentence. However, these prices are no longer available.

On eBay, the RTX 3060 is now asking $300 on average, and the RTX 3080 Ti is $800 instead of $370 a couple of months ago. Not only is this an increase of two or three times literally in a month or two, but we are also talking about prices close to the prices of new 3D cards!

The source, of course, does not know the exact reasons for this situation, but suggests that the matter may be the depleted stocks of miners who sold cards for next to nothing, although this is unlikely. Another version is that the ultra-cheap cards were simply bought by speculators. In any case, the situation is rather unusual so far.
