Scythe has introduced a new version of the Mugen 5 CPU cooler. It is called Scythe Mugen 5 Rev. With and differs from the previous version with a new fan and compatibility with Intel processors in the LGA 1700 version.
Design Mugen 5 Rev. C includes six copper heat sinks, through which copper heat pipes are passed, connecting it with an aluminum radiator. The base and tubes are nickel-plated, and in the form of tubes and a radiator, the possibility of placing memory modules next to the processor is taken into account. Mounted on the heatsink is a 120mm Scythe Kaze Flex II 120 PWM fan. Its rotation speed is controlled by PWM in the range of 300-1500 rpm. The kit includes a mount that allows you to install a second fan, a portion of Thermal Elixer 2 thermal paste and a screwdriver.
With dimensions of 136.0 x 109.5 x 154.5 mm, the cooler weighs 900 g. It is compatible with Intel LGA 1700, 1200, 115x, 2066 Square ILM, 2011(V3) Square ILM and AMD AM4 processors , AM3+, AM3, AM2+, AM2, FM2 and FM1. The source does not give the price of new items.
