Scott Pilgrim could see an animated adaptation on Netflix
Here is a throwback to the 2000s that we did not expect: Netflix would be in the process of adapting the famous American comics Scott pilgrim in anime. More than a decade after his first trip to the movies, the eponymous unemployed video game fan, his pitiful bunch of pals, his coveted sweetheart and his gang of ex-zealots could well make a comeback in animated format — by the care of the SARU Science studio, moreover.
The details of this project, which has not yet officially entered into production, are reported to us by the website of the Hollywood Reporter.

Edgar Wright on the boat …
This new project would be the product of a collaboration between Netflix and UCP, a subsidiary of the Universal group. In addition to including the designer of the original comic book Bryan Lee O’Malley in the script and in the production, we will also find the showrunner Ben David Grabinski to whom we owe the new series. Scare me ! currently broadcasting on the Nickelodeon network. Another important name in the technical list of this adaptation: Edgar Wright, the director responsible for the film adaptation Scott Pilgrim vs. the world in 2010, also counts on the band of producers of this animated version.
… and SARU Science at the helm
But the most interesting partner of this new adaptation is undoubtedly the person in charge of animation: it is none other than Science SARU, a prestigious Japanese studio that has collaborated many times with Netflix in the past, notably with the animes Devilman crybaby in 2018 or Japan Sinks: 2020. More recently, this high-flying team also directed two short films for the anthology Star Wars: Visions intended for the SVoD Disney + service.
This is not the first time that Scott Pilgrim has returned to the forefront of the news: Scott Pilgrim vs. The World: The Game, the video game adaptation of 2010, recently had the honor of a port at the beginning of last year on current platforms after having disappeared from the digital stores in 2014. This port with all its additional content is available on PlayStation 4, Xbox One, Nintendo Switch, PC and Google Stadia.

But Intel only managed to release competitors for the Threadripper 5000. Asus confirms that the Ryzen Threadripper 7000 will be released in the second half of the year

AMD is indeed going to launch Ryzen Threadripper 7000 processors in the second half of this year. Previously, these were just rumors and leaks, and now this was announced by an Asus representative.
Interestingly, he mentioned this in a video demonstrating the work of the Intel Sapphire Rapids WS platform, the processors of which are currently competing with the Threadripper 5000, but soon they will have to compete with the Threadripper 7000.
Threadripper 7000 will switch to a new socket and a new Zen 4 architecture. This will bring them support for DDR5 memory, probably PCIe 5.0 interface. In addition, the top-end Threadripper 7000s are expected to be 96-core, just like their sister Epyc Genoa.
