Another unpleasant incident occurred due to an exploded mobile phone battery. It happened in Minsk and as a result a schoolboy was injured.
The incident was reported by the press service of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Republic of Belarus. The situation in the department is described as follows:
On January 24, 2021 at 19.53 rescuers received a message from doctors about a person getting burns in Minsk.
Subsequently, it turned out that a battery explosion occurred in a Nokia 3310 mobile phone plugged into an electrical outlet. As a result of the accident, the son of the owner of the apartment was born in 2005. got burns. The schoolboy was hospitalized with a diagnosis of thermal burn of the left thigh. “
Apparently, we are not talking about the legendary Nokia 3310 phone, which was released in September 2000, but about a re-release, which debuted in 2017. The cause of the incident is now being established.
