Samsung’s latest flagships Galaxy S21 get a big camera upgrade

Samsung Electronics has begun rolling out a software update for its Galaxy S21 series smartphones to improve camera performance.
Galaxy S21, Galaxy S21 + and Galaxy S21 Ultra models have started receiving firmware under the numbers G99xxXXU2AUC8 in India.
The size of the update is impressive – over 1 GB. Apart from all the improvements and fixes from Samsung itself, the update also brings the April 2021 Android security update.
Previously, Samsung limited portrait mode on its flagships – it could be used with either a telephoto module or an ultra-wide-angle module. Galaxy S21 now supports portrait mode with the main camera module. There may be other improvements as well, but so far enthusiasts haven’t found a noticeable difference.
