Samsung Galaxy W21 5G foldable smartphone presented

Samsung has announced the launch of the Galaxy W21 5G foldable smartphone. The novelty has almost the same technical specifications as the Galaxy Z Fold2 5G. The difference lies in the support for two nano-SIMs, different ROM sizes and the new Glitter Gold color option.

The smartphone received an internal 7.6-inch Dynamic AMOLED 2x screen with a resolution of 2208 x 1768 pixels and a refresh rate of 120 Hz. The 6.23-inch Super AMOLED outdoor display comes with HD + resolution.

The triple array of 12MP cameras consists of a main sensor (f / 1.8), a telephoto lens with 2x optical zoom (f / 2.4) and an ultra-wide angle lens with a viewing angle of 120about (f / 2.2). The front camera has a resolution of 10 megapixels (f / 2.2).

The device is powered by an eight-core Snapdragon 865+ with an Adreno 650 GPU and 12GB of LPDDR5 RAM. The storage capacity (UFS 3.1) is 512 GB. The 4500mAh battery works with 25W wired charging and 11W wireless charging.

The device supports 5G, Dual 4G VoLTE, Wi-Fi 802.11ax (2.4 / 5 GHz), Bluetooth 5.1, GPS, NFC. The operating system is Android 10.

The cost of the Samsung Galaxy W21 5G is 3 thousand dollars. In China, the smartphone is available for pre-order and should go on sale on November 20.
