Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra Renders Reveal Very Wide Display

The famous tipster Ice Universe claims the Galaxy S21 Ultra will be released as the phone with “the narrowest chin in history.” This is due to new renders showing a device with virtually no bezels.

It is currently speculated that the successors to the Galaxy S20 and S20 + will come with flat screens, while their Ultra counterpart may have a curved display panel.

Ice Universe has posted a set of renders allegedly belonging to the S21 Ultra that show the actual lack of top and bottom padding. On the sides, pronounced curves are visible, which are similar to the 2020 model. The rest of the CAD-modeled phone looks more or less standard, with a USB-C charging port, microphone hole and speaker grill on the bottom.

The bottom edge lacks a S Pen connector, but previous rumors have suggested that the S21 Ultra will support the stylus. It is also likely that this device will retain a perforated selfie camera. In other news about the S21, it is reported that a couple of devices that could be the base models of this series have been certified by the Indian BIS authority.

These are SM-G990F / DS and SM-G991B / DS, which can match Galaxy S20 4G / LTE (SM-G980x) and 5G (SM-G981x) respectively. They have been certified alongside a mysterious new product called SM-G501B / DS.
