Samsung Galaxy S21 Series Smartphones May Deprive MicroSD Card Slot

Portal Gizmochina, citing reputable insider Roland Quandt, writes that the Samsung Galaxy S21 series smartphones will be deprived of a microSD card slot. Thus, users will not be able to expand the available space for photos and files – they will have to rely only on the built-in flash memory.
S21 spec sheets say:
memory card reader: "No"Some markets might still get a charger in the box though, while others don't.

However, Samsung has done this before. The microSD slot was missing on premium models from this manufacturer in 2015, and it was also missing on some smartphones in 2019 and 2020.
The official presentation of the Samsung Galaxy S21, Galaxy S21 + and Galaxy S21 Ultra smartphones will take place on January 14th.
Recall that earlier tipsters named European prices for all three models:
- Galaxy S21 with 128 GB of flash memory – 849 euros;
- Galaxy S21 with 256GB flash – 899 euros;
- Galaxy S21 + with 128 GB of flash memory – 1,049 euros;
- Galaxy S21 + with 256GB flash – € 1,099;
- Galaxy S21 Ultra with 128GB flash – 1,349 euros;
- Galaxy S21 Ultra with 256GB flash – € 1,399
- Galaxy S21 Ultra with 512 GB of flash memory – 1,529 euros.
