Samsung Galaxy Note 9 supports One UI 3.1 based on Android 11
Official software support for the once flagship smartphone Samsung Galaxy Note 9 has been discontinued, but unofficial firmware for it is still being released. So, for the Galaxy Note 9, several versions based on Android 11 have already been released, but only now the firmware has been released with the One UI 3.1 interface based on Android 11. It was presented by one of the members of the notorious XDA-Developers forum. It is important to note that the firmware is only compatible with the Exynos SoC versions of the Galaxy Note 9 – with catalog numbers SM-N960F and SM-N960FD.
Judging by the description, the user under the nickname AlexisXDA transferred the One UI 3.1 interface from the Galaxy Note 10 Plus and Galaxy Note 10 Lite. And also added the fresh March Android security updates. The firmware is called Noble ROM and is installed via TWRP. So far, only two problems have been identified in it, which, in general, is not bad for the ported version: the Live Focus camera function does not work, as well as the Iris Biometric Authentication and Smart Scan functions (removed by Samsung itself from One UI 3.1).
