The iPhone 14 line had every chance of getting stylus support. To be more precise, Apple was reportedly going to present such a solution along with new products.

Rumor: Apple wanted to release a stylus for the iPhone 14, but canceled the launch at the very last moment

The new Apple Pencil, codenamed Marker, was intended specifically for the iPhone 14 line and was supposed to be released at a price of $49. For some reason, the launch was canceled at the very last moment, Apple even managed to produce 1 million of these styluses.

Marker would allegedly be significantly simpler than the current Apple Pencil. The novelty was not planned to be equipped with all the sensors that older models have. Technically, the Marker would be similar to the S-Pen in Samsung smartphones.

Unfortunately, it is not possible to verify the reliability of the source from the Weibo network, so this information should be taken as a rumor. However, we have heard similar rumors before, so perhaps Apple really wants to release a stylus for the iPhone.

Here it is Samsung The company may release an application

Over the past couple of years, the “right to repair” initiative has been embraced by a growing number of companies that are finally giving permission for users to repair smartphones and other devices themselves. Apple, Samsung and Google have given permission for this, and parts are officially on sale. But now Samsung has decided to make life easier for ordinary users.

Here it is, Samsung! The company may release an application to help with self-repair of smartphones and tablets

According to the latest data, the company is working on a new application that will provide instructions to users who wish to make repairs themselves.

The new app will be called Self Repair Assistant, and it looks like it will provide detailed instructions on how and what to do to get the conditional S20 FE in order. The trademark application states that Self Repair Assistant is a mobile phone application software that will help with the maintenance of smart watches, tablets, mobile phones and headphones. The application will provide “consulting and information services related to self-installation and repair” of devices.

At first, the application will only contain data on a few flagship models, but in the future we can expect a wider list of solutions. There is no release date yet.

Earlier it was reported that the Galaxy S23 will have wider bezels than other models.

The shelf of phones with the Ultra prefix in the title has arrived: ZTE introduced the Axon 40 Ultra Aerospace Edition. There is nothing to directly connect this model with the aerospace industry, but in general the device is remarkable – even though it is not built on the latest Snapdragon 8 Gen 2, but on Snapdragon 8 Gen 1.

The phone received an under-screen front camera: ZTE is perhaps the only company that equips its flagships with under-screen front cameras for several years. In this case, a third-generation camera is installed.

The main camera is also remarkable – it has three 64-megapixel sensors installed at once. The main two – Sony IMX787 – are equipped with lenses with a focal length of 16 and 35 mm, and the third module is periscope (probably uses an OmniVision sensor) with a lens with a focal length of 91 mm. Hence the optical zoom is 5.7x.
