Record-breaking OLED screen, Snapdragon 8 Gen 2, Hasselblad camera with 1 inch sensor, 5000 mAh and 100 W. Oppo Find X6 Pro is presented – the contender for the title of the best camera phone
Oppo today unveiled its flagship smartphones in China, the Find X6 and Find X6 Pro. At least the Find X6 Pro aims for the title of the best camera phone in the world, but the camera of the base Find X6 looks very interesting against the background of competitors – the same Xiaomi 13 or Samsung Galaxy S23.
Oppo Find X6 Pro is based on Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 SoC.
He received a screen with a record brightness – up to 2500 cd / sq.m! True, it is achieved only in HDR mode, the screen brightness in normal mode is 1500 cd / sq.m. The OLED display is characterized by a diagonal of 6.82 inches, a resolution of 3168 x 1440 pixels, a frame rate of 120 Hz and a 10-bit color representation.
The Hasselblad Find X6 Pro camera consists of three sensors with a resolution of 50 megapixels. The main one is Sony IMX989 optical format 1 inch. The ultra-wide-angle lens uses a Sony IMX890 sensor, while the telephoto module provides 3x optical zoom with another IMX890 sensor. In its work, the phone’s camera uses computational photography algorithms, due to which detailed, bright and saturated images are obtained. The front camera is a 32-megapixel Sony IMX709 sensor.
The Oppo Find X6 Pro has a 5000mAh battery capacity and supports 100W wired charging and 50W wireless charging.
Oppo Find X6 is built on SoC MediaTek Dimensity 9200. It received a Tianma OLED display with a diagonal of 6.74 inches with a resolution of 2772 x 1240 pixels, a frame rate of 120 Hz and a peak brightness of 1450 cd / sq.m.
In the Oppo Find X6 camera, one module is exactly the same as in the older model – this is the module with a telephoto lens. The main module has a 50-megapixel Sony IMX890 sensor (it is smaller than an inch), and the module with an ultra-wide-angle lens uses a Samsung JN1 sensor, also 50-megapixel. Despite such a downgrade, the set of sensors on paper is better than many competitors. The front camera is the same as the older model.
As for the battery, Find X6 received a 4800 mAh battery with support for 80 W charging. This model does not support wireless charging.
The phones run Android 13, with Oppo guaranteeing four big Android updates for them (meaning they will definitely get Android 17) and another year of security updates.
Prices look like this:
- Oppo Find X6: 12/256GB $655, 16/512GB $730;
- Oppo Find X6 Pro: 12/256GB $870, 16/256GB $945, 16/512GB $1020
Pre-sales in China start today. According to rumors, the Oppo Find X6 Pro will not be sold outside of the Middle Kingdom, but so far this data has not been confirmed.

Still cheaper than any other similar smartphone, but not so revolutionary. Motorola Razr and Razr Plus will be more expensive in the global market than in China

Motorola yesterday introduced foldable smartphones Moto Razr 40 and Moto Razr 40 Ultra, which turned out to be cheaper than all competitors, and the younger model even offers a revolutionary price for this segment at $560. However, these are Chinese prices, and in the global market everything is different, since new items are significantly more expensive there.
To start with, the Moto Razr 40 is called the Razr in the global market, and the Moto Razr 40 Ultra is called the Razr Plus.
In the US, apparently, only the latter will be sold at a price of $1,000. In Europe, they will already ask for 1200 euros for it. The base model Razr will be available in select countries in Europe, Latin America, and Asia, but pricing has not yet been announced. It is expected that it will be around 700-800 euros. It’s still cheaper than other similar smartphones, but not as revolutionary as $560.
