Realme Koi will be the first smartphone of the brand with the flagship Snapdragon 888 chipset

A well-known insider under the nickname TechTipster writes that Realme is preparing to release a new smartphone in early 2021 called Realme Koi – this is the brand’s first smartphone based on Qualcomm’s flagship Snapdragon 888 chipset. It is named after the koi carp (a decorative type of fish with bright colors, they are very popular in Asian countries).

The main features of the novelty are heavy-duty filling and stylish design. It is reported that the gadget will be equipped with 12 GB of RAM and 256 GB of storage. The device will run on the Android 11 operating system with a proprietary shell Realme UI 2.0. Realme Koi may receive a fingerprint sensor built right into the screen. It is also possible to use 125W UltraDart fast charging technology. The manufacturer will release the smartphone in several bright colors at once.
