Razer Huntsman V2 and Huntsman V2 Tenkeyless Keyboards Revealed

Razer has unveiled the Huntsman V2 series of keyboards. According to the manufacturer, these are “the fastest and most advanced optical gaming keyboards in the world.” The series includes a full-size model and a model without a block of numeric keys. They feature second-generation Razer optical switches and Razer HyperPolling technology, which increases the polling rate from the familiar 1,000 Hz to 8,000 Hz. Keycaps are made of PBT plastic by double injection molding. In addition, the manufacturer notes the improved damping of the structural elements, due to which the sounds of the keyboard have become quieter and softer.

For example, the aforementioned second generation optical switches have added a silicone sound absorber, which reduces the click when the keys are pressed. For smoother operation and additional noise reduction, the amount of grease on the shifters and stabilizers has been increased.

A brushed aluminum top plate provides rigidity to the structure, ensuring minimal deflection, even with the toughest keystrokes. The keyboard is complemented by an ergonomic wrist rest.

The Huntsman V2 is backlit with a multi-function wheel and four customizable multimedia keys. Settings are made in Razer Synapse 3 software and can be saved to on-board memory.

The Huntsman V2 Tenkeyless is smaller and lighter. It does not have a block of numeric keys, a multi-function wheel and multimedia keys, but the USB cable is removable.

The Razer Huntsman V2 has a suggested retail price of $ 190 or € 200 with Clicky Purple Switches, and $ 200 or € 210 with Linear Red Switches. The Razer Huntsman V2 Tenkeyless keyboard is priced at $ 150 (Clicky Purple Switch) and $ 160 (Linear Red Switch). European prices are 160 and 170 euros, respectively.

Fans of top Samsung tablets will have to wait The

Samsung has postponed the launch and even the start of the development process of the new flagship Galaxy Tab S9 tablets.

The source says that the company originally planned to start development in December, but now it has been postponed until next year. That is, new models will not be able to come out at the beginning of 2023. Recall that the Galaxy Tab S8 line debuted in February.

When exactly the new tablets will be released is unknown. Perhaps they will be presented at the end of August at the Unpacked event, where new folding smartphones are usually announced.

Changes in Samsung’s plans are due to the situation in the market. In particular, falling demand for mobile devices and PCs.

The decline in demand is also expected to disrupt Samsung’s plans to manufacture and ship tablets this year. Late last year, the company set a target of 400,000 S8 Ultra models, 900,000 S8 Plus models, and 1.2 million base Tab S8 models.

The iPhone 14 Pro Max performed great, but still fell short of the iPhone 13 Pro Max. The autonomy of the novelty is slightly lower

Considering that the iPhone 13 Pro Max easily put any flagship of last year on the shoulder blades, the iPhone 14 Pro Max is unlikely to disappoint anyone with its autonomy.

If you look at the results in more detail, then there is some noticeable difference just in points for autonomy: 151 points for the new model versus 156 points for the previous model. In more familiar terms, this is 2 days 17 hours and 2 days 20 hours of work in the source test. At the same time, the devices are charged almost identically.

GeForce RTX 3070 or Radeon RX 6800 XT just to

It looks like there are more and more games with high PC requirements right before our eyes.

A Plague Tale: Requiem, out October 18th, requires a GeForce RTX 3070 or Radeon RX 6800 XT in Full HD only!

GeForce RTX 3070 or Radeon RX 6800 XT just to run the game in Full HD. The recommended requirements for A Plague Tale: Requiem are amazingly high.

Such requirements are specified for 1080p and 60 fps at maximum graphics quality settings. What kind of PC, according to the developers, should be to launch the project in 4K at 60 fps, one can only guess. This is probably where the GeForce RTX 4090, which comes out a few days before the launch of the game, comes in handy. Moreover, A Plague Tale: Requiem just supports DLSS 3.

As for the rest of the requirements, the recommended ones are a Core i7-8700K or Ryzen 5 3600 CPU and 16 GB of RAM. The minimum ones (to run in Full HD at 30 fps and the minimum graphics quality settings) indicate the Core i5-4690K and AMD FX-8350, and the video cards are suitable for the GeForce GTX 970 and Radeon RX 590.

It is always worth remembering that very often system requirements are indicated with a very large margin, and in practice, games work without difficulty on significantly less productive PCs. However, in this case, the requirements are really amazing. For comparison, Cyberpunk 2077 has almost identical minimum requirements to those of A Plague Tale: Requiem, but only the GTX 1660 Super and RX 590 appear in the recommended ones, but not the RX 6800 XT.

Recall that yesterday we also learned the system requirements of the Dead Space remake, which also turned out to be surprisingly high.
