DRAM-free SSD controllers are offered by all major vendors including Marvell, Phison Electronics, and Silicon Motion Technology. Demand for such relatively inexpensive solutions will grow this year amid a shortage of chips and other components.
At the same time, the mobile computer market will continue to grow in 2021 – mainly due to an increase in sales of Chromebooks and laptops in the lower and middle price segments.
