Nvidia unveils its most powerful laptop graphics cards – GeForce RTX 3080, 3070 and 3060

Nvidia has finally officially presented its mobile Ampere today – video cards of the most current family have finally become available for laptops. There are only three new products: GeForce RTX 3080, 3070 and 3060. Recall that this is the second GeForce RTX 3060 for today – the first for desktop PCs was presented a little earlier.
So, the top model GeForce RTX 3080 is built on GPU GA104, has 6144 CUDA cores and 8 or 16 GB of GDDR6 memory. This graphics card is addressed to high-end gaming laptops that will allow users to run games at Ultra quality settings at 1440p resolution. This will provide a frequency of 100 FPS and above.
The one below the GeForce RTX 3070 has 5120 CUDA cores and 8 GB of GDDR6 memory – it will allow you to play games with a frequency of at least 90 FPS at a resolution of 1440p. Finally, the GeForce RTX 3060 with 3,840 CUDA cores and 6 GB of GDDR6 memory will fit into relatively inexpensive laptops starting at $ 1,000 and allow you to play games at high quality settings at Full HD resolution.
All new products support DLSS, Resizable BAR (AMD SAM analog), Dynamic Boost 2.0 and WhisperMode 2.0 technologies. Laptops with GeForce RTX 30 mobile graphics cards will go on sale from January 26th.
