Nvidia Announces Quadro RTX A6000 and Quadro RTX A40 Professional Graphics Cards

Nvidia professional graphics cards Quadro RTX A6000 and Quadro RTX A40. The target audience of the new products is engineers, AI developer, 3D animators and scientists.

Both models are built on a full-fledged GA102 chip, have 48 GB of GDDR6 video memory and have 10,752 CUDA cores, divided into 84 computing units. The A6000 uses a turbine, while the A40 is passively cooled. The A40 also has a slightly lower chip clock and memory bandwidth. The maximum power consumption of the cards is 300 W.

The declared performance of the new cards is 30 teraflops. A three-fold increase in performance is declared compared to the previous generation. It is not known when new items will become available for purchase and at what price.
