Not all AMD partners have launched the release of Radeon RX 7900 graphics cards
Many of AMD’s key partners already have one or more of the latest flagship Radeon RX 9700 XT and RX 7900 XT in their inventory, but there are at least three companies that have yet to offer production products. Among them are MSI, Dataland and Vastarmor.
MSI doesn’t have a production Radeon RX 7900 yet, but the company at least showed prototypes at CES 2023 last year. They are expected to reach the production stage in the first half of the year.
Dataland and Vastarmor didn’t even show prototypes. Dataland is known in China for its heavily modified AMD 3D cards. But now the brand’s assortment does not even have semi-reference models, which are much easier to make than non-reference ones. Moreover, such models of the previous generation (based on the Radeon RX 6800 and Radeon RX 6750 XT) were produced by Dataland.
Vastarmor is a fairly young Asian brand – only two years old – but that didn’t stop AMD from mentioning Vastarmor as one of the partners that will release the Radeon RX 7900, along with Sapphire and XFX. At the same time, Vastarmor even released its own version of the Radeon RX 6950 XT last year, so the company is no stranger to creating top-end graphics cards.
Why this is the case is not yet clear. Perhaps the companies have decided to wait a bit while AMD brings their products to mind. So that you do not have to participate in the warranty return program for cards whose GPU heats up to 110 ° C.

Xiaomi Mi 144Hz Curved Gaming Monitor is equipped with a curved (radius of curvature – 1.5 m) VA panel with a resolution of 3440 x 1440 pixels and a frame rate of 144 Hz when connected via DisplayPort. The panel of the device provides coverage of 121% of the sRGB color space and 85% of NTSC. The maximum brightness is 300 cd / sq.m., AMD Freesync frame rate synchronization technology is supported.

GeForce RTX 4090 can now fit into any case where there is at least one free slot. This makes the Alphacool ES water block possible.
The host of the Optimum Tech YouTube channel showed and talked about the new Alphacool product, which allows you to radically reduce the size of the GeForce RTX 4090. This is the Alphacool ES water block, which allows you to abandon the standard bulky cooling system.
The dimensions of the system are only 210 x 150 mm. In PC space, the GeForce RTX 4090 occupies only one slot with it – such a video card can be installed even in a very compact case designed for a Mini-ITX motherboard.
In tests, the water block performed well: the video card, being connected to a 280 mm radiator, heated up to 57 degrees Celsius in the Furmark stress test, heating in games was 53-54 degrees. True, this is in the conditions of an open stand, in a closed case the temperatures will obviously be higher.
The Alphacool ES for the GeForce RTX 4090 is available now for $166 and comes with a heat spreader plate. True, there is one caveat: the device is only compatible with the reference GeForce RTX 4090, as well as four versions of Inno3D production – X3 OC, iCHILL X3, iCHILL Frostbite and iCHILL Black.

Nvidia has not yet said a word about future, more affordable 3D cards in the GeForce RTX 40 line, but others are talking about the fact that such models are being prepared for release. In particular, the Chinese Shangke Group, which produces video cards under the MaxSun and Soyo brands, has included GeForce RTX 4060 and RTX 4050 3D cards in the certification documents of the Eurasian Economic Commission.
So far, there has been no mention of specific models, the line of video cards has simply been updated. Moreover, along with the GeForce RTX 4060 and RTX 4050, the GeForce RTX 4070 is also mentioned.
There are no new technical details about these models, but it is hoped that more data will appear in the coming months. Some rumors said that the premiere of one or more models, among the new ones, could take place as part of the Computex 2023 exhibition at the very beginning of summer.
