No tragedy for miners. GeForce RTX 3060 is very profitable even with Nvidia protection

Nvidia is known to have implemented a mining protection mechanism in the BIOS and a GeForce RTX 3060 video card driver, and the company assures that it is impossible to bypass it.
And we have already seen that it works even without a fresh driver. But do miners need to bypass it at all? The mechanism works only when mining Ethereum, and in the video below you can see how much the card brings when mining other cryptocurrencies.
As you can see, you can achieve almost $ 7 in revenue now if you mine Conflux, and this is even more profitable than if you could mine Ethereum at the full capacity of the RTX 3060.
Thus, the new Nvidia video card is still very attractive for miners, and it is unlikely that the company’s action will somehow reduce the latter’s interest in the adapter. As a result, it is unclear why Nvidia has made protection at all, which closes only one conditional door out of dozens available.
