No Longer Exclusive: Horizon Forbidden West Coming To PlayStation 4 With Spider-Man Miles Morales

by Henry Brown

Horizon Forbidden West presented as a PlayStation 5 exclusive with improvements for the next generation of consoles. Still, Sony has decided not to upset the large PlayStation 4 user base, and will release the game on the old generation.

Still worthy

On the PlayStation Blog, the company announced that Horizon Forbidden West is joining Marvel’s Spider-man: Miles Morales and Sackboy A Big Adventure Coming to PlayStation 4. Benefiting from a fast SSD won’t work, but you won’t have to buy a PS5 for these games.

On top of that, gamers who buy Horizon Forbidden West, Marvel’s Spider-man: Miles Morales and Sackboy A Big Adventure on PS4 will be able to get the next generation versions for free. You just have to take into account that digital and physical copies can only be improved to the same ones on a new generation set-top box. You won’t be able to switch from disk to digital, and vice versa.

“We know the PS4 community will be coming to PS5 at different times, and we’re excited to announce versions of some of our PS4 exclusives. Marvel’s Spider-Man: Miles Morales, Sackboy A Big Adventure and Horizon Forbidden West are also coming to PS4, “the blog says.
